Happenings at the South Milwaukee Library
The South Milwaukee Public Library Foundation, Inc. is holding its annual wine tasting on Friday, October 17, 2008 fro 7 – 9:30 PM at the Library. Tickets are $20 per person. They are available at Parkway Floral, M&I Bank South Milwaukee, the circulation desk at the library. Tickets may also be purchased at the door on Friday evening.Stop in and put in your bid on items that are on display for the silent auction. The auction will run through Friday, October 24th. Bidding will close at 3 PM on the 24th.
The library will be holding its Halloween family fun night on Tuesday evening, October 21 from 6 PM to 7:45 PM. See Glen the magician perform his Halloween magic show. There will be crafts for the kids as well as cookies and punch.
