Ronda Larkin is a common mom with uncommon poetic perspectives.
When bacon, eggs, potatoes, and pancakes were requested,
I made just three items;
The pancakes were neglected.
Tomorrow I'll make pancakes, eggs and also bacon.
But, I won't make potatoes;
The "spuds" will be forsaken.
"Hard to break?" I know it's true, but rarely do I bark.
And I love riding in the car,
Or walking to the park.
He'll have to love me as I am. I will not pretend,
To be a trained companion;
I'm just his faithful friend.
