Ronda Larkin is a common mom with uncommon poetic perspectives.
Only one can be in charge: It's sad, but it is true.
When I'm without AUTHORITY,
I cannot choose the view.
Sometimes I give in: When weary, I succumb.
Other times I'm patient;
Opportunity may come.
When my husband leaves the room or if he falls asleep,
I seize the moment quietly;
S-l-o-w-l-y in, I creep.
When I firmly grasp the CHANNEL CHANGER in my hand,
I select the program.
Remote control is grand!
