Just the way he is
When one, I know, was younger, in his K-12 education;
His teachers found him difficult,
Insisting, he need medication.
Years of criticism came; to change him, they did try.
"I like him just the way he is,"
His mother, finally, did reply.
Now graduated, from a noted, engineering school:
Talented, and balanced;
Energetic, but no fool.
With college, he's done well; technologically, a wiz.
I'm glad he was not changed, because
"We like him just the way he is."
