SJV Foresnsic Team takes first place at state tournament

March 23, under the guidance of coach Erica Lanser, SJV students on the school's Forensic Team competed in the Middle Level Forensic Association State Meet where they pitted their communication skills against some 1,400 students from  80 schools.

SJV's team won first place in the mid-size group. Third place in the prose category and second place for original demonstration both went to SJV students.
