Thanksgiving, a Time for All
Yes, Thanksgiving is a time for all.
A time for all to remember our heritage, our history, our experiences, our memories and our families.
We all have something to be thankful for, in common. The blessing of a free country, the blessing of having family and friends and the blessing of being in the right place at the right time.
We all are grateful for peace at our homeland, for the right to speak and be heard and for the right to seek out our future.
We give thanks for medical miracles, for modern technology and for entertainment beyond our imagination.
We are so fortunate to have automobiles, cell phones, television sets, non-stop airlines and places to worship in our own ways.
We have turkey dinners that are fit for a King.
So for this real American tradition let us reflect on all that is good.
