Sports in Short.
Brewers. starting pitching now in rotation. need a big winning streak to catch up. never thought that parra coming back was meaningfull. only one lefty on roster now. braddock will be back too. another lefty much needed. fielder and braun cannot do it all. need mcghee and hart to start hitting soon. surprise so far is betencourt at ss.
Bucks. the NBA is getting boring. hold back on a new stadium to see if the league folds. no big trades for Bucks. use the players they have and save the money.
Packers. maybe only one or two exhibitions games this year. what a pleasure. when and if there is a settlement free agents will available in numbers. the pack should not bite and overpay. their roster is good enough to win again.
Badger football is big time this year. more players enter NFL as high draft choices means more high school players paying attention.
Marquette basketball will have an off year and will play freshmen a lot. still need a big center.
Wisconsin Badger basketball. look for a run to go all the way.
Boxing is long gone. wish it would come back.
(what no politics. enough is enough)
