I am thoroughly enjoying my new electric mixer. The old mixing process was entertaining when the beaters fell out while in use, but I am embracing this new, less challenging stage of life. The task of chasing escaped beaters around the mixing bowl, though fun, was really more of a younger woman's challenge.
