Dear Governor Walker:
Well-placed, public works projects were established in times past and aided entire regions of our nation through tough, economic times. Here in Wisconsin, I'm not sure we have an immediate need for dams or bridges, but with all the 'stone throwers' clogging up Madison, we could probably use a few well-placed quarries.
