As I search the garden shed for Miracle Grow, I consider our good fortune of having found a couple of dollar bills buried among the leaves in the yard. Apparently, a money tree has finally sprouted and taken hold. I only regret I wasn't able to find it and fence it in before all its papery, green, rectangular foliage fell. All of the unprotected money trees I previously tended were chewed up by rabbits, deer, or taxes.
